Seriously... Put it in 2x
(I explained everything in here)
Everything you need to turn signups into deposits. Ready to launch.
The 3 reasons you are not making way more money through emails
That means a lot of your traders are not even seeing what you send them.
The promotions tab is one step away from invisible. If your emails land there instead of the primary inbox, most people will never open them.
Less people seeing your emails = less deposits. Simple as that.
Go through the last few emails you sent.
Do they talk directly to the trader like you actually want to help them? Or do they read like a corporate announcement that nobody asked for?
This costs you more than you think. The people reading these are real humans. If you're not helping them, they stop trusting you.
Less trust = less deposits.
This is happening because you are sending the same email to everyone.
Someone who just signed up should not get the same email as someone who has been trading with you for 6 months. A person who hasn't verified yet shouldn't be getting promotional campaigns. But right now, they are.
There are specific customer flows that can tie down to the exact individual. How long they've been trading, their deposits, country, region, trading pair.
The more targeted the message, the more money it makes.
Right after someone signs up, they haven't verified yet. These emails are designed to get them to complete KYC so they can actually start using the platform.
Subject: your account is almost ready
Hey {{firstName}},
Quick heads up.
Your ATC Brokers registration is in, but we haven't finished verifying your documents yet. That means your account is sitting in a holding pattern. You can't fund, and you can't trade, until verification clears.
Not the exciting email you were hoping for, I know.
Why we do it. ATC is regulated by the FCA (FRN 591361) and CIMA (FRN 1448274). Both regulators require us to verify every new client before accepting deposits. That's standard across any legitimate broker. If a broker skips this step, that's usually a sign to run the other way.
What we need is typical stuff. A proof of ID (passport or driver license) and a proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement).
That means once you upload, we review and unlock the account usually within one business day.
You can upload through your client area here: https://atcbrokers.com/en/help-center/trading-platform
No rush. But the sooner you send, the sooner you can fund and trade.

Transition: If you're stuck or unsure what counts as a valid document, the next email walks through it.
Word count: 221
Subject: here's exactly what to upload
Hey {{firstName}},
A few folks reply to the first verification email asking what actually counts. So here's the plain version.
Proof of ID.
A passport photo page works. A driver license (both sides) works. A national ID card (both sides) works.
Make sure the photo is sharp, all four corners are in frame, and nothing's covered by your thumb.
Proof of address.
Dated within the last three months. Your full name on it, the address clearly shown.
A utility bill works. A bank statement works. A council tax letter, a phone bill, a lease agreement signed in the last 90 days, all fine.
Screenshots of online statements are fine as long as the bank's branding and your name are visible.
What doesn't work.
Photos of photos. PO box addresses. Documents older than three months. A receipt addressed to someone else.
That means if you send the right thing the first time, we typically clear you within a business day. If we have to come back with questions, it can stretch to three or four.
Upload through your client area: https://atcbrokers.com/en/help-center/trading-platform
Or just reply to this email with the files attached and we'll push them through manually.

Transition: Last nudge on verification coming next. After that, the trading side kicks in.
Word count: 239
Subject: last call on your verification
Hey {{firstName}},
Not trying to badger you.
But your account is still sitting unverified, and every day it sits is a day you can't trade the markets you signed up to trade.
Here's where it stands.
Your registration is complete. The only thing between you and a live account is a quick document upload. Five minutes, if that.
If you've been putting it off because you weren't sure what to send, KYC Email 2 covered it in detail. Scroll back if you need it.
If you've been putting it off because life got busy, I get it. Happens to everyone. But the longer an unverified account sits, the more likely you are to forget about it entirely and miss the thing you came here for in the first place.
Here's what to do right now.
Under five minutes. One business day to clear. Then you're funded and trading.
If you're done with ATC and don't want to continue, reply and tell me. We'll close the account and stop emailing. No hard feelings.
Either way, let's move this off your plate.

Now that they're verified, it's time to actually onboard them. These emails walk them through the platform, build trust, and get them to make their first deposit.
Subject: you're in, here's what happens next
Hey {{firstName}},
Welcome to ATC Brokers.
Your account is live. Quick note on what to expect from here.
You're now with a broker that's been running since 2005. That's almost twenty years of the same company, same regulators, same focus. Most brokers you see advertising today didn't exist five years ago.
We're regulated in two places. The FCA in the UK (FRN 591361) and CIMA in the Cayman Islands (FRN 1448274). Two jurisdictions means two sets of auditors checking our books, which means your money sits in segregated client accounts that we can't touch.
Over the next week or so you'll get a few emails from me walking you through how things work here. Spreads, platforms, how we execute your orders, who to call when something breaks at 3am.
I won't flood you. One email at a time, something useful in each.
If you want to jump in today, the platform login lives here: https://atcbrokers.com/en/help-center/trading-platform
That's it for now. Watch for the next one tomorrow.

Transition: Tomorrow I'll walk you through why we built ATC the way we did, and what a non dealing desk actually means for your fills.
Word count: 201
Subject: the reason atc doesn't run a dealing desk
Hey {{firstName}},
Most retail brokers operate what's called a dealing desk.
Here's what that means in plain English. When you click buy, the broker takes the other side of your trade. If you lose, they profit. If you win, they lose. It's a conflict built right into the business model.
ATC was set up differently. We run a non dealing desk model with direct market access. When you click buy, your order gets routed to the market. We make our money on the commission, not on your losses. That means we're rooting for you to stick around and trade for years, not blow up in a week.
The founders built it this way on purpose back in 2005. [VERIFY: founder names Dave and Jack Manoukian]. The idea was simple. Treat the client like a long term partner instead of a short term profit center.
That means you can scalp, hedge, use expert advisors, and run news trading strategies without the execution games some brokers play.
If you want the technical version, our MT4 platform notes explain the routing in more detail: https://atcbrokers.com/en/platforms/mt4/
Have a look when you get a minute.

Transition: Next email I'll break down the account types and help you figure out which fits how you trade.
Word count: 238
Subject: which account fits how you trade
Hey {{firstName}},
Quick one today. Picking the right account up front saves you from switching later.
Answer these in your head:
Do you trade in small size, maybe one or two micro lots at a time, and want to learn the platform without risking much?
Or do you trade in standard lots, use expert advisors, and care more about tight pricing than about hand holding?
Or are you running a bigger book, maybe managing money for family or friends, and you need reporting, segregation, and proper back office tools?
ATC offers one core live account with uniform pricing. No tier games. Whether you're funding $500 or $50,000, you get the same spreads and same commission. Most brokers charge worse rates to smaller accounts. We don't.
That means you can start small, scale up as you grow, and never feel punished for being new.
The platform is MT4 with our proprietary MT Pro plug in layered on top. MT Pro gives you extra order types and one click execution that the stock MT4 doesn't have.

Transition: Tomorrow's email covers pricing. What "narrow spreads" actually means in numbers and how the commission stacks up.
Word count: 247
Subject: how the pricing works here
Hey {{firstName}},
Let's talk about what you actually pay per trade.
Two parts to it. The spread, and the commission.
The spread is the gap between the buy and sell price. We quote narrow spreads on the major forex pairs. That means when you open a trade, you're not starting out deep in the red. Smaller spread equals smaller cost to enter.
The commission is a flat fee per lot. We publish it the same for every account size. No volume tiers, no "platinum" markup. You pay what the next trader pays.
That means your edge math works. If your strategy needs a 2 pip move to break even, you know it's 2 pips today and 2 pips next year. No surprise creep.
On the execution side, our non dealing desk routing sends your order to the market. Fills happen fast and you're not getting requoted on news because we're not sitting on the other side.
One thing worth mentioning. Crypto, indices, and commodities all trade on the same platform, same login, same funding wallet. You don't need three accounts to trade three markets.
If you want to see live pricing before committing capital, the demo account shows the exact spreads you'd get live: https://atcbrokers.com/en/demo-request/

Transition: Next email is about the people. Who picks up when you call, and how the support side runs.
Word count: 249
Subject: who picks up when something goes wrong at 2am
Hey {{firstName}},
Picture this.
It's 2am. You're in a GBP/JPY short and the BoJ just surprised the market. Your stop got skipped. You're trying to log in and the platform's hanging. You need a human, fast.
At most brokers this is where the trouble starts. You hit a chatbot. It asks you to describe your issue in 280 characters. You get passed to a tier one agent who asks you to restart the app. Forty minutes go by. The loss gets worse.
ATC runs differently here. We're a small team (closer to a boutique than a call center), and that means when you ring the support line during market hours, you get a person who actually knows the platform. Not a script reader.
That means when something's burning, you can describe it in real English and get a real answer.
You can reach us through the Help Center at https://atcbrokers.com/en/help-center/trading-platform or by phone on +44 20 3318 1399. Email support works too, but phone is fastest when time matters.
Save the number in your phone now, before you need it. Future you will thank present you.

Transition: Next up, a quick look at the platform itself and the MT Pro features most traders don't know about.
Word count: 243
Subject: the mt4 feature most traders never turn on
Hey {{firstName}},
MT4 has been around forever, and most traders use maybe 30% of what it can do.
Our MT Pro plug in sits on top of stock MT4 and adds a few things that tend to matter in real trading.
One click execution. You click once, the order fires. No confirmation pop up eating 400 milliseconds while price moves. For scalpers and news traders that tends to be the difference between a good fill and a bad one.
Bracket orders. You set your stop and your take profit at the same time you enter. No scrambling to attach them after the fact, no risk of getting filled and then watching the market run without a stop in place.
Strategy order types. Buy stop limit, sell stop limit, OCO setups. Useful if you want to pre stage trades around a level and walk away.
That means you can automate more of the fiddly work and focus on reading the chart.
If you've already logged in, most of these live under the Tools and Trade menus. If you haven't, here's where to start: https://atcbrokers.com/en/help-center/trading-platform
The MT Pro features come standard. No extra fee, no upgrade tier. You already have them on your account.

Transition: Last of the value emails next. I'll show you the regulation side and what it means if something ever went wrong with the broker.
Word count: 245
Subject: where your money actually sits
Hey {{firstName}},
Quick one on the boring but important stuff.
Two regulators watch over ATC.
The FCA in the UK (FRN 591361) covers our UK entity, ATC Brokers Limited. The FCA is one of the stricter financial regulators globally. They audit, they demand capital adequacy reports, and they can pull your license if you misbehave.
CIMA in the Cayman Islands (FRN 1448274) covers the Cayman entity. Dual oversight means two separate bodies of auditors checking the books.
Your funds sit in segregated client accounts at tier one banks. That means our operating money and your trading money live in different accounts. If something ever happened to the company, your balance doesn't get caught up in it.
We've been doing this since 2005. [VERIFY: address for UK/Cayman offices]. The founders set it up this way on purpose, because the ones who've been in this industry long enough know that the brokers who cut regulatory corners always end up as news stories.
That means when you deposit, you're not wiring money to a startup that might pivot next quarter. You're wiring to a regulated firm with two decades of track record.
If you ever want to verify us directly, the FCA Register lets you search by firm name or FRN.

Transition: Last email tomorrow. Time to stop reading and start trading.
Word count: 245
Subject: time to actually place the first trade
Hey {{firstName}},
You've been reading these for a week or so now.
You know how we execute. You know who regulates us. You know what the pricing looks like and who picks up the phone at 2am.
The only thing left is the part that matters. Opening the platform and placing a trade.
Most traders overthink this bit. They wait for the "perfect" market condition, the "right" pair, a clean chart, a calm week. That tends to be a trap. The perfect setup doesn't show up. What shows up is Tuesday morning, with noise, and a decision.
Here's the thing. Your first trade doesn't need to be your best trade. It just needs to happen. Small size, tight stop, something you understand. That's it.
Log in here: https://atcbrokers.com/en/help-center/trading-platform
Pick one pair you've watched before. Set a stop you can afford to lose. Set a target that makes sense. Click once.
That's the hurdle. The prize is you stop being a reader and start being a trader on a broker that's been running since 2005, regulated in two places, with uniform pricing and fast fills.
If it feels uncomfortable, that's normal. Every trader alive felt it on trade one.

This is where most brokerages completely drop the ball. They get the trader signed up, verified, onboarded... and then go silent. No value, no updates, nothing. It's the equivalent of going on a great first date, getting her number, and then ghosting her. And wondering why nothing happened.
This is where you start making your emails addicting. You give traders real value on a consistent basis so they keep choosing your platform over every other option. The 3 campaigns below are designed to do exactly that.
These can be used for the next 2 days or they won't make sense!
These can be used for the next 2 days or they won't make sense!
Most brokerages average a 20-30% open rate on their emails. We more than double that. We average a 55% open rate, which means over 200,000 people per month open our emails and are addicted to them. All while every email is reaching the individual traders of this broker.
